Man who serviced me been dirty, he wash floor and after start make me coffee. It?s a disaster
Great staff and service! I've always had great experiences here.
We?ve gone here regularly in the morning since the pandemic for coffee and donuts. Unfortunately the taste of coffee isn?t... consistent. Donuts can be a hit or miss so we recommend going early for fresh donuts. We still recommend Dunkin as the go toplace locally in the Sloop. This Dunkin family has really tried to stay open, even when ignorant people broke their glass duringthe riots. We stand by this place. Plus you can?t beat their rewards program in their app and if you have T-mobile you sometimescan get $2 giftcard. Read more
The guy who took my order was nice, a bit rushed but I understand the pressures of being busy. The lady who made my avocado... toast was rude. I get it, work is stressful at times but there was no need to be rude at the simplest request of a bag. She alsostarted making my toast with no gloves, then put some on after she touched it with her bare hands. Read more
Most Dunkins are very consistent with their food however this location seems to be outlier. Both of my bagels were burnt, and... they gave me only one cream cheese. The lady at the register was rude and the person handing people their food wasn?t muchbetter. A shame as the other Dunkins I visit have been exceptional. Read more
Typically this location is very pleasant and good service. However, today was not the same. The man preparing the food burnt my... order. When I pointed it out, his response was unprofessional and very poor customer service. He has burned food before andsomeone else intervened and made the food over. Today, I asked for a refund because the man continued to verbally beunprofessional and refused to correct his mistake. No one should be expected to pay and eat burnt food. Read more
