Worst DD out of any I have even been to. You order a latte using the app but you get Black coffee, other times you get latte... without coffee shots, or no Carmel sweetener and most importantly they never apologize and instead give you a look like we madea mistake of ordering a latte. The manager is simply incredible. The person in front of me was a jerk. This individual was loud disrespectful, demeaning and... demanding a credit for food that she ate. She said after she ate it she realized she wanted something different and just wantedher money back. The manager handled that situation with Grace and dignity. Next, she looked at me smiled and asked how can Ihelp you sir. I stood there and looked at her, I returned a smile-I quiet for 30 seconds. I have Been here couple of times. The donuts are really good and tasty. Apart from the donuts the vanilla Chai the offer is very... tasty and my favorite drink. This location is hit and miss. Online ordering of more than just one category presents problems i.e. Don't order breakfast... sandwich and bakery items, these are 75% of the time forgotten especially during busy times.
