There is always tons of trash littering the street and sidewalk in front of this location. It is an eye sore and makes me... seriously question how sanitary the food is here. I choose not to go here anymore because they are not doing their part to keepour neighborhood free of litter. Read more
Worst DD out of any I have even been to. You order a latte using the app but you get Black coffee, other times you get latte... without coffee shots, or no Carmel sweetener and most importantly they never apologize and instead give you a look like we madea mistake of ordering a latte. The manager is simply incredible. The person in front of me was a jerk. This individual was loud disrespectful, demeaning and... demanding a credit for food that she ate. She said after she ate it she realized she wanted something different and just wantedher money back. The manager handled that situation with Grace and dignity. Next, she looked at me smiled and asked how can Ihelp you sir. I stood there and looked at her, I returned a smile-I quiet for 30 seconds.
