I used to love coming here. It's Oct 5th, 2022. Me and my wife came for breakfast, I ordered a Maple bacon croissant with... American cheese, I hate white cheddar. I get my sandwich it's over cooked with no egg and no American cheese. Second time I gotthe cheese but now my egg is cold. I beg everyone just grab coffee & donuts and start cooking breakfast B4 you get sick. Read more
Just left this location. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese bagel, tell me why my bacon was basically RAW. Not cooked at all. This... is because they rushed my ordered trying to move fast to serve more customers. I asked for a refund and didn?t even receive anapology or offered to replace my food for FREE! This location is unprofessional and they don?t even cook their food correctly.Everyone working that shift, including the manager needs to be retrained on how to properly handle a customer asking for arefund and definitely on how to cook bacon properly. Like come on now, it?s not that hard to cook bacon and make sure it?s welldone. Disappointed because I was HUNGRY and in a rush, and now I?m forced to go to another Dunkin when I have no time. Went on a Friday evening in Nov around 8pm ordered a double chocolate donut and their speciality donut. I asked the worker,... teenage girl, what the filling was for the speciality donut and she had no clue. She looked at the donut brochure that was onthe wall to see the description but couldn't find it and couldn't tell me so regrettably I decided to buy it and it tastedterrible! The chocolate donut was stale and DRY. It was disgusting I threw it out. What a waste of $7 for both donuts. Do notrecommend this location. Very disappointed. Read more
