I ordered a breakfast sandwich it came with just cheese and bacon they didn?t put the egg on there. I ordered through DoorDash... the door dasher had to remind them to give them the hot chocolate because I asked her to Please make sure everything is in thebag because they tend to ?forget? things. The service is really slow here (it's not an issue of being understaffed, it's just poorly run. There are other Dunkin's that... run better will similar or less staff). The drive-thru service tends to be better than the in-store. The service is friendly,and their bathroom buzzer is a bit inconvenient. The food quality is inconsistent too. There is always plaza parking. I've beenhere where they've been closed during stated business hours. The food bins tend to fill up, and rarely are cleaned up. Read more
