Manager would rather train staff to argue with customers, rather than train them on how to make proper drinks. Who wants a cup... of un-stirred coffee?! Then when u ask them to stir it they rather issue a refund than make the drink correctly. The woman who always works at night is very kind and works hard. However, it's best not to do a mobile order, as they don't make... them until all of the orders placed in person are done. This means that if you arrive 5 to 10 minutes after placing the orderand there is a line, you will still have to wait until everyone in line has ordered and their coffee has been made before theywill start yours. The worst customer service ever! First they have no customer skills whatsoever. Both Indian workers bullying the new girl,... making her do all the drinks. They are slow AF, I waited 20+ min for my order to be completed. This is the thing if you see acustomer waiting isn?t common sense to ask if something is missing. They never say hello good morning.
