I have had two absolutely horrible experiences with this location in the past week alone. Last Wednesday, I placed a mobile... order and arrived at the store approximately 5 minutes later to retrieve it. The employee working insisted that she neverreceived my order even after I showed her my purchase at the correct location on the app. She made me wait another 10 minutes tosee if my order would ?come through? before she begrudgingly made my drink. I figured this was an isolated incident and placedanother mobile order this morning. When I arrived at the store, I waited for 10 minutes before the same employee as before toldme that the store was ?out? of cold brew and that if I wanted my drink I would have to wait over an hour. When I requested arefund, I was told that my drink could not be refunded in store and that I would have to contact customer service via the app.When I asked for the customer service number, the employee refused to provide it. I have never had this negative an experienceat any other Dunkin location. I will be informing all of my friends in the area, and we will not be coming back to this store.Very unprofessional and disappointing. Read more
