This place restroom is always out of service what a customer should do if he or she really in need to use a restroom. When asked... the person in charge gave a extremely weird look and said she was instructed by the owner to keep restroom out of service allthe time so they no need to clean it. I generally LOVE the service provided through the drive through here, they make iced Matcha really well. There is usually an... older gentleman at the window. I think he might be the owner. However, yesterdays visit was really unpleasant. There was awoman that stood at the window after placing my drive through order who shouted extremely loud at one of her employees. She (heremployee) didn't clearly hear my order on the speaker (there was a landscaping man doing work by the speaker)...so this woman (Iam guessing is a manager/supervisor of some sort) proceeds to scream as loud as she can at her employee and it hurt my ears. Whodo you think you are doing that in front of customers, and treating other human beings like that? I hope you read this, becauseshame on you. I should write to corporate and let them know about your behavior towards their business. Read more
I pre-order a coffee and toast at 6AM most mornings. It's always ready, perfectly made and on time. Staff is always pleasant and... welcoming. They actually say good morning when I rush in to grab my order. Read more
This Dunkin' is my morning fave. They guy in the window always asks me what my name means and I never have the answer but it... puts a smile on my face. Dunkin' has great customer rewards if you download the app but I like ordering ahead and they alwayshave my drink ready at the window! Great service! Read more
Drive Thru- there was a guy at the window for pick up, no sense of urgency at all around 8am, when I arrived at the window, he... was showing his back drinking his coffee. We?ve been coming here for over four years we live a few blocks away. Today I went to pick up my son?s $50 bday cake and buy... some cake candles. My son had to go the bathroom and couldn?t hold it til we got home, however he forgot his mask. He hasforgotten it before here and just has put his shirt above his nose and it has been totally fine with everyone else in there thisentire two years. This time he tied his hoodie up over his nose before we went in. This was apparently not fine today to thenew boy working. The teenage boy with glasses behind the counter kicked my 12 year old son out of the place in the cold whilehe had to go the bathroom. He then proceeded to get an attitude with me when I questioned him about that. Considering the maskI was wearing is made from the same material my son had tied up over his nose and the fact that the other ppl that work therehave never kicked him out I was furious that this kid told my child to leave the store without me when I hadn?t even completedmy transaction. He then continued with a very condescending and dismissive attitude towards me only infuriating me more. Not tomention the countless times I have been in here and the actual employees are running around with their mask under their noses. Iguess part of their new training manual is ?how to endanger children and alienate the neighborhood you?re in?.
