The staff is so nice and everything comes quick and free ice cold water in a cup
My experience usually is Avery good one because they know me and what I want there are some times when I will send someone else... to get my coffee and those are the times when the coffee either isn't as I like it i.e my husband said cream n sugar but therewas no cream n another time the same but also the frozen coffee was so strong it had enough coffee for 2 med sized frozencoffees I sent my husband back knowing they will use the same coffee to fix it that's what usually almost always happens and Idon't really mind if it tastes good in the end but it was still very strong and I like it a little on the strong side so tobother me it was like a triple espresso was added in it,so if someone else gets me coffee I cross ???????? my fingers if I gowell I see n taste it so I get it as I like it, I think I wrote enough lol. Today, I went to dunkin donut in the morning and I order the brown sugar cold brew with cream I ask for one extra pump she... didn?t put it in my drink. . I am extremely disappointed by the service and the fact that the baristas couldn?t be bothered tomake sure my drink was good . Read more

Regularly go here; they have consistently good service and the quality is never bad. Friendly people. And they are always busy... so you know they are good. One time I had an issue with my order they swiftly followed up. Keep it up!! Read more

Very friendly service. Always full of locals. Gets hit in waves but they're really fast and accurate. Also helpful that there's... free parking in the attached parking lot and a Baskin Robbins too! Open 24/7, and you can use the Dunkin On the Go app to orderahead and skip any potential line. They run a tight ship. And they're just so nice which is a refreshing change from the DDdowntown. This is the worst dunkin. I ordered a coffee and donut. Coffee was not even close to being hot, maybe too much milk put in, and... the donuts were stale. Practically crumbled when I took a bite. Peterson and Kimball has the freshest donuts in the area. Read more
