If I could give this place zero stars I would. The customer service is horrible one of the ladies on the morning shift got smart... with me when I asked her about the different types of donuts and which ones have fillings if any. I don't buy donuts here sothat's why I aksed. She was rude and on top of that they made my coffee wrong. Don't go to this location not worth theheadache! Read more
When I asked for a medium coffee the worker says no you said large but I know what I said but they proceed to change it but I... can hear them talking bout it like I cant hear you!!! Very unprofessional and rude!!!! Then gives me my coffee and tells me butu ordered a large though I mean how old are we lets act like adults here. If I could give this location zero stars I would. The customer service at this location is deplorable. It is the location... closest to my home, yet I choose to travel 8 miles to a different location who treats minorities better and who acts as if theywant me to spend my money there. Tonight was my second and last time attempting to patronize this location. The first time Itried, the cashier on the Dunkin Donuts side refused to come to the Baskin Robbins end to take my ice cream order. Instead ofwalking a few feet to speak to me, he yelled at me and told me ?come down here and order!? This time, I stood there browsing theflavors. A white man walked in as we were browsing. He politely greeted the white man (ignoring us), took his order, and handedit to him kindly while saying thank you. Then he yelled down for me to come down here to order. I tried explaining to him thatwe wanted to taste a flavor before ordering. He proceeded to tell me, ?no tasting just tell me what you want to order!? Withoutsaying a word, I took my kids and walked out. It?s unacceptable to treat customers this way, and this location will never get adime of me or any of my acquaintances money. I wish I could chose -1 star. Horrible staff the coffee is even more horrible. The neighborhood bums are allowed to walk behind... the counter at will. Not sure if management is aware and they seem to not be able to make the coffee or food taste like Dunkindonuts is supposed to. The uniqueness of flavor is way off I'm surprised they are still in business. Read more
The parking lot suuuuuuuucks! The main thing that seperates this dunkin donuts from others is the slow service. The employees... seemed a little under trained. I ordered a milk shake and the young woman began to make it but then stopped when the blender wasacting up. She had to find another employee (who apparently knew it was malfunctioning but forgot to share) to help. I went I literally went in to this location a minute ago. The young lady who helped me was nice and pleasant. She s the only... reason I have the place 3 stars. I was highly irritated by who appeared to be the manager, no sooner than the young lady handedme the coffee he was scolding her. For what? No idea, but rude and unprofessional. The tip jar for the employees is barelyvisible, which in a barista environment should be visible seeing how the pay isn't much. New management please, then you canget 5 stars. Read more
I usually drink Dunkaccino from here but the other night it was hot so I got some ice cream. It didn't taste all that great and... there weren't any fresh waffle cones. I asked because there was a fly flying around the uncovered cones. Read more
