If i could give these people no stars i would. I pull up in a big bus and they refuse to acknowledge me at the door They know i... cant come through the drive through but then door is locked and they wont even give an explanation as to why its locked to foottraffic but oh you can come to the window, nope nothing. They gave me an ice coffee with a hole in the cup didn?t realize until I pulled of and went to another store came back through... the drive thru and told the guy what happened that gave me the cup he tried to deny it I showed my bank statement because hedidn?t give me a receipt I know I should of asked for it but then what made me really mad was that the guy wasn?t trying to giveme another drink the coffee spilled out so much it was halfway gone and they are rude you have to repeat your order 3 times Iguess they not really listening I suggest you go to another Dunkin the one in Hyde park or on 47 lake park Read more
I?m not sure if the drive through is 24hrs and/or the store it self. Every time try to get an order the door is locked between... the hrs of 7am-8 for it to be 24hrs I can?t tell. I have to order online and walk up to the drive way. Read more
Nothing special. They were super busy and wore blank expressions. The person took my order and after repeating it back to me,... still managed to not charge me for my 3rd drink. He gave me a partial order and then I had to flagged him down for the rest. Hewas more interested in helping the white lady behind me as quickly as possible. He greeted her and called her ma'am. I couldn'tprotest anything, because my ride was already outside. So, I was 1 drink short and had to drink water as an alternative. Nevercoming back to this one. I wish I could take off the 1 star. Absolutely the worst Dunkin location I been to thus far. This was supposedly to be the toasted grilled cheese. There is nothing... toasted about this. Basically thrown in the microwave. I am done going to this location because this isn't the first time theyjust thrown the food together, and they are absolutely rude. I normally would go late evenings to get coffee, but the olderwoman who works this shift always give me the wrong coffee. The guy who works the drive thru during the morning shift isextremely rude. I always go to this location even though the workers get my order correct 75% of the time but today was the last straw! The app... wasn't working"as usual" so I asked the person taking my order if I could still use my free donut coupon and she said yes...so Iget to the window and the guy told me I had to show the barcode but there wasn't one! I had already applied it to my order onthe app at checkout so I asked where could I find the code he told me he didn't know and got irritated and started"ma'aming meand just kept saying he didn't know so I told him to take the donut off and just give me the coffee! He was still trying to goback and forth with me so I told him cancel the entire order and I left! This particular person knows who I am because as Istated before, I use this location frequently but his unwillingness to give customer service was despicable!! Read more
