If i could give these people no stars i would. I pull up in a big bus and they refuse to acknowledge me at the door They know i... cant come through the drive through but then door is locked and they wont even give an explanation as to why its locked to foottraffic but oh you can come to the window, nope nothing. I always go to this location even though the workers get my order correct 75% of the time but today was the last straw! The app... wasn't working"as usual" so I asked the person taking my order if I could still use my free donut coupon and she said yes...so Iget to the window and the guy told me I had to show the barcode but there wasn't one! I had already applied it to my order onthe app at checkout so I asked where could I find the code he told me he didn't know and got irritated and started"ma'aming meand just kept saying he didn't know so I told him to take the donut off and just give me the coffee! He was still trying to goback and forth with me so I told him cancel the entire order and I left!
