this dunkin donuts hasnt been the best experience for me. very poor customer service the employees are rude i visit this... location a couple of times doing uber eats its always the same routine. they do not greet their customers its almost as if theydon't value their customers. i waited 10 minutes for an uber order. atleast 6 employees were working and i was the only inshopcustomer and i swear it was like i was invisible they walked passed me multiple times no one spoke to me. after 15 one of themwalked over and finally asked what i was having. i won't be picking up at this location anymore and they definitely can't haveany of my personal business i would not recommend this location to anyone! i believe the employees here maybe prejudice. This review is for arianne I think her name is, she had some cool tattooes, not the point. I went Father?s Day weekend. The... driver through mic was not working. She was standing outside taking orders for drive through, I asked about a specific cake,she didn?t know if it was in stock, but promised to check for me. By the time I got back around to the windows to pay, she wasliterally inside taking my cake out if the freezer. She also charged my order. Update 4/01/2022 Once then staff changed everything changed for the worse. All I have to say if be careful when you order an... iced latte, they will give you a regular ice coffee priced as a latte, make it super sweet and tell you it's a latte. But youcan't taste the espresso in it . I don't recommend this place anymore, they used to get their drinks done correctly. It's hardto find a Dunkin that does, this is why I rather pay more and go to Starbucks because at least there they serve your drinks theway they are supposed to taste like. Read more

So it was my nephews birthday this weekend and after he chose this Cars ice cream cake my sister in law asked if they could put... the words "happy birthday" on the cake. After waiting close to one hour this was the result. We were so disappointed I couldn'tbelieve any place that sells cakes would actually be ok in giving their product as is and still charge for it. They decided totell my sister in law that they didnt have a cake decorator so they tried their best. In all honesty they should have neveragreed to decorating it if they didnt have someone to do this particular job. This was an embarrassment. The only reason I'mgiving 1 star is because to make up for the horrible mistake of a happy bday they were apologetic and gave 6 free donuts. Theyshould've never charged for the cake! Horrible experience! I had to wait 10 years for the coffee that I ordered! The guy couldn?t even answer why it took so long.... There was only one guy before me. Apparently the manager couldn?t really speak English, so I had to squeeze it out of them, andthen he finally said the speaker was broke. But that?s a lie because the speaker worked when I ordered, I think it was anotherstory and they didn?t want to say what it was. Anyways, forget this place, go somewhere else instead.
