Update: I think they fired the bad worker. Tried this Dunkin again yesterday and now the workers are way nicer and have better... customer service. Glad the owner cares about his customers. Will continue coming to this Dunkin Worker on 10/19 at 1:34 pm wasrude. I was trying to figure out my order and she kept asking if I was ready and then when I was ready she made me wait to befunny. There was no one in the store or in the drive through. If I?m not immediately speaking to ordering then no I?m not ready?give people a minute to think about what they want to order before asking if they?re ready a million times. Going in the morning amazing service at night not so much , this is the 3rd time I've gone at night , with the same lady who... doesn't pay attention to what you order , had to repeat myself THREE times what I wanted . Then she made my order wrong , thencontinued to tell me at the end she messed up because she was taking to the truck driver and then me that she couldn't do twothings at once, if you can't multitask I think you are in the wrong business.
