Today I had a terrible experience! I usually receive good customer service and polite encounters. Today was the exception,... because the cashier was having a bad day. Once I paid my order the cashier closed the window. Since it was a drive-throughUsually its fast but aleast say thank you and have nice day. The cashier literally closed the window and started to talk toanother employee. He pointed and looked at me. I then gesture to see if there was something wrong because I thought they mightif given me the wrong order. She opened the window and very aggressively asked what I wanted! I got upset and asked for her nameand also her supervisor. She refused to both of my requests and didn't comply with her job. She didn't offer a lead or anyoneelse. She gave me 2 bogus names and closed her little window again. She needs better customer service training or not work withthe public. Read more
Love the customer service here! Always having my order right, problem is the homeless guy that comes in makes the whole place... smell and just stares and just makes me not want to eat the food anymore. They need to do something about that!!! Read more
