I go to dd everyday before I start my shift at 5 so I'm always able to get a large ice coffee for 220 exact. But today when I... went in it was 222 now I came in with exact change because this was supposed to be quick I saw a penny on the floor and gave itto her she said I'm missing a penny I drove to Starbucks and paid 11 bucks I don't blame all dds as I know other spots wouldn'tdeny me for one cent. They stop selling their meals at 4pm. The attendant doesn't use a mask. If you're into hard donuts that have a texture as if... they where made last week, than this is your go to spot. Gave this spot multiple chances and nothing got better. Read more
This location ALWAYS gets your order wrong. Against my better judgement (and because it's the closest to my job), I stopped... here again. I ordered a toasted everything bagel w/strawberry cream cheese. OF COURSE..... my order was wrong. I got a burnedeverything bagel with a big glob of plain cream cheese in the middle. So, once again, I paid almost $4 for what I didn't order. They seem to be more concerned with pumping cars through the drive thru quickly than making sure the customer is satisfied. IF I ever stop here again, I will hold up the drive-thru to make SURE I get what I'm paying for! I have noticed shorter or nolines at this DD the past few month...... I received bad customer service from the girl taking the orders at the drive through on 11/26/21 at 3:34 pm. She's has an... attitude and is not properly mannered. When you drive up she has this ugly expression on her face. Like she doesn't like her joband give you this ugly stare. She doesn't know how to prepare a simple cappuccino. It tasted all watery. i neverrr ever write reviews but jesus christ. girl working drive thru was clearly on the phone as she was taking my order. she... was laughing and kept making me repeat myself. it was a simple two coffee order and when i asked if she can repeat my order forme she scuffed. at the window she was still on the phone and i told her she was missing a drink and she told me i never orderedthat when i did. she slammed the window on me as she rang it up when i had barely said a word. she rolled her eyes a ton andkept talking on the phone and laughing right in front of me too??? i get there?s teens working here and all but come on man. ithappened in june and i seriously haven?t been back since then. it baffled me how disrespectful that whole interaction was whenit didn?t have to be.
