I love the lady who works here at night!!!!! She never gets orders wrong, she makes great iced coffees, she's really sweet and... hilarious! I only go there at night now. However, who ever the manager is, they definitely need to work on how the waiting areafor customers look. It looks cluttered and dirty. Read more
Usually I go to this Dunkin because it is in close proximity of where I live, but for the past few months, every time I visit,... my order is always messed up. Parking is a nightmare, so it?s worth just hoping out quickly for your order. Well going into the overnight shift you know you need a bit of a boost. I came here since this is the only 24/7 Dunkin? near me... and I don?t regret it at all!! The lovely lady named Evelia I think, made me the best iced latte. Then she had fresh donuts madeand I just think she needs to be recognized for her hard work. They had our pick-up order in the wrong location (not in the designated pick-up area) and yelled at me when I asked where to... find the bag. Every sandwich we ordered had the right bread (one was untoasted though), but wrong type of cheese and they hadadded meat to several of them. We are vegetarian. At least the donut order was correct and they didn't charge us for the meat.We fed it to the dogs. Read more
