Service needs more training as cleanliness is lacking here. They're friendly, but not clean.
From my experience, this Dunkin's workers are trash and they sure take their time getting to customers that are in the store. I... went in there to get a breakfast sandwich while I was waiting on my bus and I deadass stood there for five minutes. Bad service. I just passed by the drive thru and the cashier told me she was closed and that she was going to call off. Also... every time I ask for a bagel is really hard. Very bad costumer service. This place has horrible customer service ! Multiple times I go through the drive thru and say can i get this sandwich and the... person responds ok and ?
