I go to this location every morning (it's the only one I like and I've been to many) and ever staff member from the manager down... know what I come for, what's even better is they have my beverage made before I get to the counter and pay, and it's always spoton. Every one has been pleasant to me and others even you can tell the staff member is fatigued. I've been there to observetheir interactions with other customers and the never falter. Rude, charges for every single thing..down to the whip cream for drinks that are supposed to come with it.. then didn't give it... to me after paying for it.. and had the nerve to look at my drink like it was a issue. Stole $5 from me. I paid for a drink, then the person looked in the back, said they didn't have what I had ordered, and since... there was no manager on staff they couldn't issue a refund. Go to a real coffee shop instead. Read more

Dunkin? Donuts Very rude staff! I complained about my coffee being made incorrectly and they took my coffee back through the... drive thru window, during the covid 19 pandemic. When I asked the staff what was the proper protocol during this pandemic theywere very rude and abruptly stated what am I talking about! I?m pretty sure that things should not re-enter the store once it isexchanged to the customer. How are we going to stop the spread of such a deadly virus when food chains are not following theproper procedures. Small hole in the wall kind of place. Best for a quick stop. There wasn't a drive thru as far as I could tell so take that into... consideration when you go there. It's actually inside the gas station so be prepared if it's busy to wait in line andsuch. Coffee was just ok, it was a little cold but if it was heated it would've tasted fine. They didn't put enough cream inmine so I had to ask for more. Employees were really nice though and accommodating. Read more
