Not in a good location. Tipical doughnut shop. Not a coffee drinker, so don't hit Dunkin donuts often, unless I'm getting gas or... something like I was, it's located inside gas station. Read more
I only go for iced coffee, which happens to be really good,you can ask for little ice to get more coffee for your money I do.
Very slow service and no customer service and I was the only customer. Some lil girl with brown hair in a ponytail (Yahanna)... made my sandwiches as skimpy as possible. I was looking hard for my bacon. I used to like this location. The new employees needbetter training. Also in food safety because this nasty girl put the grabbing papers in the bag with my donuts. This is the closest dunkin to my house so I come here a lot in the mornings for a cup of coffee or some quick breakfast. They... have hired a new staff that is far better than their old staff. The service has dramatically improved. The only downside is inthe afternoon they only have one person working here, and it gets extremely busy when school let's out and all the kids come into get their fancy coffee drinks and food, and the line can get really, really slow with only one person working the wholestore. Most of the new employees are really good, just watch out for "old soapy hands." If he makes your drink, you'll know whatI mean. Read more
I've been coming in here frequently over the past few months because it is conveniently located. Some of the staff are great,... friendly, and efficient. Some of the other, including the manager, are consistently rude. They sit behind the desk and talkamongst themselves while a line builds out the door. They give sarcastic and rude responses when asked for literally anything.They make it feel like you are doing them a great injustice by ordering a coffee. These people suck. It's like they never grewup and realized that one day they will have a job and part of it will be to act decent toward other human beings.If there werean alternative close by I would probably never go here again. Also, good luck getting anything less than 2 tblsp of sugar inyour coffee. Read more
Great customer service. Glad to see that they are open again. A little remodel, back to business. My Son likes the munchkins,... and they have drinks other than coffee, so that works for me as I'm not a coffee drinker. Read more
