Ordered thru Grub Hub two boxes of K-cups and 4 blueberry muffins. Got the muffins ok but two small bags of Dunkin Munchkins... instead. Likely substituted Munchkins because they didn't have the K-Cup coffee. What a deceitful way to do business for thisstore. No coffee tomorrow morning for me. Grub Hub refunded the K-Cup cost. I placed a mobile order walked into get my order and was told that they had not received i. I then showed Pearl my mobile... receipt and she refused to give me my order. I asked to speak to the manger she claimed that she was the manger I then asked tospeak to her boss and she refused. She then claimed that she spoke to someone on the phone who was her boss and they told herthat I couldn?t get my order. AFTER THE FACT THAT I SHOWED HER MY PAID FOR ORDER !!! I now have to walk out without my food anddrink that I PAID FOR!!! 0 customer service I WOULD CERTAINLY ADVISE going to a different location especially if you do mobileorders just save yourself the hassle!!!
