Today I went to get my dad who is suffering from cancer and my brother some ice cream from this location. When I got there, the... employee was cleaning. I had kindly asked her for some ice cream and she responded with a lot of attitude, like I was botheringher. She kept cleaning and giving me attitude instead of going to serve the ice cream. She then proceeded to serve the ice creamwithout cleaning her hands, putting on gloves, and still giving me attitude through the whole process. I have been coming tothis location for years and it is truly disappointing to receive such terrible service. Read more
My mother just called me frustrated because she stopped in to grab ice cream at this location for my father, who is battling... cancer, and the worker treated my mom in the most disgusting and disrespectful way possible. The worker, a lady, was cleaningwithout gloves on when my mom walked in. She was extremely rude when taking my mother?s order. The lady then proceeded to servemy mother the ice cream that she ordered without cleaning her hands nor putting on gloves AFTER CLEANING WITH NO GLOVES ON. Thatis completely unsanitary and we will be reaching out to file a complaint. What she did was completely unsafe and a total healthhazard for both my mother and my already sick father. She should be held responsible for her disgusting actions. My family haslived in the area for years and have been going to that exact location for years and we cannot believe how ugly of a person thisemployee is. She should be terminated for putting my family at risk by not taking the proper actions of sanitation beforedealing and serving food products. Unbelievable! Read more
I originally ordered a large iced coffee for $2 was told that they only have small or medium. Wasn't going to complain until I... realized they had large cups on Baskin Robbin side even though they have the same cups. Called to complain tomanager...supposedly the person who answered was the "manager". She explained to me that they make more money on Baskin Robbinside and that was the last of the large cups and that's why they couldn't give me the large iced coffee that I asked for. Shealso said her manager said to not serve large cups on Dunkin side....she literally said SHE was the manager..also she was thesame person that took my order.This has happened multiple times. Do not offer any size drinks for $2 if you don't have cups.That's not my problem that supposedly they ran out of large cups on Dunkin side. I can just wonder what would have happened if Iordered online through Dunkin app, grub hub or Uber eats. Also please don't ever tell a customer that they couldn't get whatthey asked for because they aren't paying enough!!!!extremely unprofessional and just plain RUDE!I ordered at 4:54pm on08/24/2022. Called to complain at 5:42pm. Never grabbed the "managers" name but she has blonde hair. Please check cameras andfind out the employee responsible for this order. Worst Dunkin ever. Not clean and order is always incorrect.
Worst Dunkin I?ve ever been too!!!! They?re not sanitary Food always taste cold and old They don?t clean their ovens, hash... browns NEVER TATSE FRESH. Workers are rude and very unprofessional. Awuful! Manager said that you can not use restroom before you are making a purchase. So ,,, remember ... purchase is first and... then you can use a restroom. Even you have a dirty hands and you are trying to stay healthy - this particular location AGAINSTTHE HEALTH??? Avoid! Read more
