I barely do reviews of places I go to often but this has gotten so bad that I need to write a review on it. STOP BLENDING THE... ICE FOR ICE MATCHA LATTE. I don?t understand what is it with these people or the fact that they don?t understand but when I wanticed matcha latte, I want it with matcha latte and ice that is NOT blended. Every time I order from here, they always BLENDS itto the point i?m drinking straight up slushy. Don?t bother coming here, go order at the dunkin by Kedzie. The worker with the Orange/redish hair has inspired me to go to sleep earlier so I don't need to go here to get coffee anymore.... She's vocally short with you, doesn't wear a mask, and got the order wrong anyways after I said it twice. I'm cool not cominghere anymore. Read more
It takes them 3+ minutes to make one drink. Not an exaggeration. When you?re a Dunkin? literally within a transit station that?s... not gonna cut it. If there are more than two people in line ahead of you you?re guaranteed to miss at least one train. Read more
I have never in my life hated dunkin donuts but this shop is by far the absolute worst in Chicago. There is a Hindu women who is... there during the day and she reuses coffee bean 2 or 3 times she even admitted to it. Well today I see somebody new and I thinkwhy not its cold plus im sleepy. Well the first cup of hot coffee I had taste like water with a dash of hazel nut I asked forfresh coffee she hands me another cup and it's straight black coffee not what I ordered. This was my last straw. They burn foodall the time then give you watered down coffee and act like your the problem i hate this shop. Read more
This location exerts zero customer service or common sense from their employees. I visited this location like I usually do to... get a coffee. Upon standing by the window, I could see an employee moping the floor. I waited a minute or so and then proceededto knock. The kid continued to mop the floor. After waiting a couple more minutes I saw there was a whiteboard laying flat ontheir counter that read "closed". Rather than inform me so I didn't waste their or my time, the kid chose to ignore me. I shouldalso add that the time was 3pm... I worked at a number of different coffee shops over the course of four years, never would Iallow one of my employees to act as ignorant. I wouldn't recommend tipping if you choose to visit this location. Read more
