If I wanted a small I would of asked for it, everytime I ask for a medium latte they fill up my cup half way because of foam..... that can be scooped out ???????? They need better management at this location. I understand that it's a busy location but the staff is always rude and I have to... repeat my order multiple times, even then they get my order wrong. Terrible people work here they're really horrible with attitude and they talk trash about other employees, especially Abby or... whatever her name is. There is one worker however that makes my day and gives me plenty of smiles shes so positive and amazingand Loves Jesus like I do. Everytime I go to this dunkin, they are out of something and they get my order wrong. I try to avoid going there, but I came in... today and ordered an ice cream sundae, had to repeat my order multiple times and the guy still got the order wrong. This review is long over due, this happen a month ago Big BulkyHispanic/Latina tattooed female working the drive thru was... horrifically rude. Gave me attitude to the extreme. So I corrected her and told her ?hey you need to watch your tone and relaxI?m not giving you attitude so you shouldn?t?. She didn?t like it and started arguing with me. After that experience I told her?you know what forget my order?. All she said instead of apologizing was ?ok bye?. Went up to the window and how ?cool? shewanted to act couldn?t even look at me and pretended to be doing something. There was another co worker with her with she lookyoung with black hair Hispanic she was embarrassed. She seem new, I felt sad for her to be working with a rude ghetto personlike her. I don?t know Dunkin? Donuts what you are doing but you lost a 6 year customer. And if you don?t care I?m glad to seeyour employees fallow the example. I?ve been coming here for a few years, and they have a new lady with blonde hair but I don?t know her name. She has a very nasty... attitude for no reason and takes it out on the customers. I?ve heard from multiple people and coworkers that they had a badexperience with her as well. I keep trying to give her a chance maybe she was having a bad day but no its all the time, and Itell her no sugar on my coffee and she still puts sugar every time. In this last visit, I saw the line of cards outside, so I decided to come inside. I asked for an egg white wrap, and the lady at... the register couldn't find it; another lady came to the register and said she would tell the preparer to make it, but instead Igot a veggie wrap with no cheese. Unfortunately I didn't look until I got to my destination so it was too late. The otheritems were ok. I like that you can order ahead, but I couldn't get into the application. They have some parking spots and youcan eat downstairs or upstairs. Read more
