If I wanted a small I would of asked for it, everytime I ask for a medium latte they fill up my cup half way because of foam..... that can be scooped out ???????? They need better management at this location. I understand that it's a busy location but the staff is always rude and I have to... repeat my order multiple times, even then they get my order wrong. Terrible people work here they're really horrible with attitude and they talk trash about other employees, especially Abby or... whatever her name is. There is one worker however that makes my day and gives me plenty of smiles shes so positive and amazingand Loves Jesus like I do. Everytime I go to this dunkin, they are out of something and they get my order wrong. I try to avoid going there, but I came in... today and ordered an ice cream sundae, had to repeat my order multiple times and the guy still got the order wrong. I asked himto correct it, and when he gave me the corrected order, it was still wrong. Not sure how management is okay with all the reviewson here saying the same thing. Read more
