Unfortunately I live down the block from this locations the past 4 years. If they don?t get your order wrong, they are rude. I... literally have had to go back 3x for them to get my order right and it was just a breakfast sandwich. Today, I went in with mytoddler and waited patiently at least 10 minutes at the counter (with a young child) When the lady approached me I asked if Ishould just get in my car and go through the drive thru? She immediately went on defense and stated DONT YOU SEE THERE IS ONLYTWO OF US! DRIVE THRU WOULD HAVE BEEN THE SAME!! You?re staffing issue is not my problem and no I did not walk through the placeto count how many people are staffed. She asked for my patience, how about train your employees to do the same and let patronsknow there will be a significant wait. I?m sure customers would appreciate that.
