The two Indian ladies who work the mornings on weekends have no courtesy and get orders wrong on purpose, this is the third time... in a month this has happened. This morning i went and got a sandwich and cappuccino, when I asked for a stir stick, she saidthere weren?t any left, when I insisted that there is no way that a coffee and donuts place doesn?t have stir sticks, she turnedaround and pulled it out from under one of the counters. Not only this, she added hash browns to my order when I specificallymentioned that I did not want any. I told her I didn?t want them after she rung up my order with them included and then she gaveme attitude when I told her to remove it from my order. Never going back there again. Read more

Lot of Karens in these reviews! Cmon guys.. I usually come on weekdays in the afternoon and in my experience all the ladies... here are so polite and always very quick service. I am wondering how much of the attitude comments are due to rude northsuburban type white folks just being aggro because the staff are from a different culture. I was a high volume barista for 4years and have seen all types of cafes, the average cafe in Chicago the staff is way ruder than here. On top of that I knowfirsthand how gross the average coffee shop gets on an average busy day, (just try looking behind the counter at any busyStarbucks its nasty) but behind the counter here is always very clean and tidy. I can see they deep clean. Also, I am neverhere for more than 20 minutes and I always see someone wiping down the tables and little station with the straws. I appreciatehow tidy and organized this Dunkin is and I will definitely continue to come here for my coffee and donuts! Read more
I took a chance and ordered the Tomato Pesto grilled cheese sandwich and to my surprise it was delicious! If you like sourdough... bread and pesto it's a must try. The sandwich was much larger than I expected and very tasty. I hope they keep this on the menuI'll definitely be ordering this again. Please leave a ???? if this was helpful. Read more
NO RESTROOM AVAILABLE? I understand that people just come in sometimes use the restrooms as if they were public ones without... buying anything but if you buy anything there you should be allowed to use it with a code or something. Worst experience of my entire life! I come Here all the time and never had a horrible experience but today was just uncalled... for. I placed my order at 11/20/2021 at 10:18am at the touch screen kiosk. I waited 7-8 minutes for my drink. Mind you I triedthe new Ice latte toasted white chocolate latter. I get my order, I didn?t know the Indian lady added cinnamon sugar on top ofthe whip cream I could have sworn it was sprinkles, but as soon as I get my drink, I told the female employee that I wasallergic to cinnamon I politely asked if I can have it remade? She said sure but then asked why I have an attitude and walkedaway while she grabbed my receipt from the kiosk machine. Right after she walked away I was getting really upset and I asked myreceipt mind you she got mad at me and told me that I don?t have your receipt but decided to give me a pink slip adhesive thatyou add to the cups and told me that that was my receipt I refuse that I want my original receipt that I got from the kiosk ittook her 5 to 6 minutes to find the receipt and and then I asked I still want my drink and she proceeded to say that you didn?twant the drink so have a great day get out of my store but how can I not want a drink if I paid $5.97 for my drink!!!! She wasthen talking in Hindi which I understood what she was saying. I worked for so many Indians before. That lady had a horrible pisspoor disgusting attitude and I shouldn?t be treated like that.
