Always good customer service and friendly staff and clean restaurant when I come for coffee.
Worst place ever!!!??Worst experience ever!!!????????Two young girls working here this afternoon, have no idea about customer... service. I order two sausage egg and cheese on croissant and the food was cold, went inside a minute or two later and askedthem to check the food , why was the food cold, the girl at the register check the sandwich and said ? oh yes they?re cold?she excused her self saying that it wasn?t her, that it was the oven?s problem, then she put the sandwiches in the oven again ,she touched one of the sandwiches with her dirty hands and she wanted to give me that same sandwich back. I told her ? you?renot giving me those cold and dirty sandwiches back? she touch one of the sandwiches with here bare hands to check if thesandwiches were cold. Thank god I was looking, they give me another sandwiches, they were very cold again, they gave me thesame excuse that it was the ovens temperature problem, I went back and told them that I wanted my money back, becauseapparently they didn?t know how to do their job. They responded that they were not giving me my money back because they didn?tknow how to do a refund. I asked for a manager and they said that there was not a manager on duty. I was very upset and asked tospeak to a manager for the second time. Finally they called someone on the phone, supposedly it was the manager, this managersaid to go back in two days if I wanted a refund, I live 45 minutes to an hour from this place, I asked the name of the managerand they walk away laughing, I asked them if they though it was funny and they responded that it was hilarious.They manager?sname was Cinthia and she was worst that her employees because she said ? come back in two days or take some drinks ? At theend they stole my money, and they were very very rude and incompetent. Read more
Extra large coffee fell out of the holder they gave me all over my kitchen floor didn't even get a sip.
The girls here are amazing!!! Especially the three that are always there. The girls make the food better than in some other... locations!!! They are also very kind and fast in taking your order and providing. Definitely pleased with this place!!! Read more

Can't go wrong with dunkin coffee ever. I prefer iced coffee here over Starbucks because Starbucks for me is more of a specialty... drink place, whereas Dunkin has better tasting coffee in my opinion. Exactly what I need early in the AM! A nice caffeine fix?Although they have expanded their options over time so win win. Love using my own cup too! Read more
New blue berry iced coffee and yummy donuts. They were gone in less then a minute. Great service
Good place to get a quick coffee and donuts. I wish they would bring back the buttermilk donuts.
