I spend alot at Dunkin Donut every day. I go to the one at 6200 W Belmont, and they are so rude, especially the guy that works... there. I ordered ice coffee, and it was too much ice. I asked him to take some of the ice out, and to add flavor. He refused todo both. He tells me the drink is cheap anyway, it's after 2 PM, what more do you want, probably for free. His attitude wastotally out of character, and the owner needs to do something about these people working there. Read more

Recently I went through the drive thru here and not only was the man speaking his language in the intercom got my order wrong... and tried to give me an ice coffee in the winter. He then tried to argue with me about it and the girl at the drive thru windowtried to overcharge me for 2 breakfast sandwiches. When I called her on it, then she said she had forgotten to punch discount.???????? Beware or you will be cheated here. Tried to cheat me and give me what they wanted me to have....nope! Read more
I like that they know me, and my coffee order without me having to tell them each morning. I find they're rather spendy, but... when I'm heading to work and don't have time to make coffee each morning, I am willing to pay for convenience. Read more
I have no idea why but for a long time 2 women opened this store every morning and new my literally 6 different orders by heart.... Nice greetings and friendly smiles every day. Now there are two gentlemen who don?t know when I put in a mobile order so I haveto completely reorder, what?s the point?! The ladies never needed any of that nor do the other local Dunkins. Will not be goingback sadly and this is on my way to work, so sad. Do not go there if you expect any kind of kind customer service. Read more
Fast, friendly staff. Decent food, with lots of options to choose from. Clean place inside and out.
Donuts are ALWAYS SUPER FRESH here like made the same day fresh so so so yummy. Definitely recommend
