I spend alot at Dunkin Donut every day. I go to the one at 6200 W Belmont, and they are so rude, especially the guy that works... there. I ordered ice coffee, and it was too much ice. I asked him to take some of the ice out, and to add flavor. He refused todo both. He tells me the drink is cheap anyway, it's after 2 PM, what more do you want, probably for free. His attitude wastotally out of character, and the owner needs to do something about these people working there. Read more

Recently I went through the drive thru here and not only was the man speaking his language in the intercom got my order wrong... and tried to give me an ice coffee in the winter. He then tried to argue with me about it and the girl at the drive thru windowtried to overcharge me for 2 breakfast sandwiches.
