By far the worst Dunkin I've ever been to. I go in there asking for a a frozen coffee and an everything bagel and the girl at... the cashier looked super confused.. as if I just ordered a "mystery item". The other employee asks me "so when you say frozencoffee, do you just want ice in it..?" ???? waited more than 10mins for my items, only to have them get my order wrong. Overallthis location has a lack of leadership, skills, and just plain old common sense.. should of just bought a coffee drink at thegas station instead. Read more
If I could give 0 stars I would. They don?t know how to make coffee and then when you ask them to remake it , they look at you... like you?re crazy. One of the other girls had an attitude and was bothered at my friend because he asked her to repeat theorder. I would never order from here again! Poor service and just overall awkward experience. Worse customer service ever. The lazy women that work there are so rude, uneducated & impatient w/ customers. I asked this one... Hispanic lady to repeat my order, she looked very bothered. And than I asked to make sure she had the hash browns in there. Andshe said ?yeah, I told you?. Like umm, okay? I just wanted to make sure. This is the third time I experienced poor customerservice from this irritable place! Please do not go here! And have this Dunkin? closed down! The workers at this location are rude. They don?t know what they?re doing. I asked for a Carmel macchiato and they gave me an... iced coffee and then took it back and just put the expresso on top. The women don?t wear their masks properly and then speaklike you?re not standing right there. ?What do you want? ?i don?t know what she wants?. It's always a struggle with this location. Have been going there for 4 years now and just recently we have been having major... issues with this one staff member. She is just so rude and always acts like we are an inconvenience. Constantly makes ourcoffees wrong and we have ordered the same coffee since we started going there. Never changes. Tired of having to bring back ourorders to get fixed. The one employee has such a bad attitude all the time. I went to this Dunkin Donuts on a Sunday morning 2 weeks ago and when I walked in the heavy set girl behind the counter was... talking and laughing with 2 acquaintances that she obviously was familiar with...which is fine. The problem is when I wasstanding at the counter waiting which seemed liked forever, for her to acknowledge me by saying hello may I help you (Which isthe standard proper greeting). But no...she kept talking and laughing with the two young ladies that were standing near her.Finally after like maybe 45 seconds or so which wayyy...to long to be standing at the counter when there is no one in front ofyou, and no one in the back of you is ridiculous. So she finally turn and looks at me and says...."how can I help you". Whichmade me feel like I was intervening on her time. I asked for a small coffee! I payed for my coffee, and she kind of slid it infront of me and continued with her attention towards her guest she was entertaining at the time. So in a nutshell I came, I saw,I left! Translation meaning that I will never go to this Dunkin Donuts ever again!!! I would also let everyone I know to neverpatron this Dunkin Donuts also. She was very rude! Read more
