This dunkin is special. I ordered and tried using my reward coupon and she told me I couldn?t use it. I asked why, she simply... said ?I don?t know but you can?t here? I gave her $6 and she looked at me asked what was I waiting for. I told her my changeand she said she had to call her manager now because I didn?t tell her. It?s MY money? Hope the owner sees this. I just moved to the Northside of Chicago and this Dunkin is a block or two away from me and I'm glad it is. I start work very... early in the morning and they're always there in the morning. I used to like this dunkin until today when their quality went wayyyy down. I ordered wake up wraps. First they got the order... wrong then when the gave it to me, they were Burnt!! I didn?t want to wait 10 more minutes for wake up wraps so I threw themstraight to garbage. I am adding a picture for reference. Always check your food when getting it through drive thru. Read more
I like this dunkin donuts especially I love the outdoor seating. I was thinking I can spend long time here but I saw sign and it... says "maximum 30 minutes sitting" it was weird but would they need to put this rule?( i am not gonna seat in there 4 5 hours butits weird. Parking easy and free they don't have too many space but it's okay. They have drive thru too. I haven't tried but Isaw the restroom signs which is good because some location don't have restroom.
