Dunkin? Donuts will always have a special place in my heart, as when I first started drinking coffee, the French Vanilla was my... jam. But at this location the coffee isn?t hot enough, it?s overly sweetened, and their French Crullers are soggy. It can alsotake a while to get your order because they?re understaffed and slow. It?s better than no coffee at all, though, so it?s adecent option in a pinch. Read more

I went and had to repeat that I wanted a hot latte 4 times onlt for her to get the idea that I wanted an iced. I had asked for... the signature seasonal latte and received the regular. It was a new person and the manager clearly saw she didn't know what shewas doing and instead of telling her what to do he sat there to the corner of the store while nobody helped her get the orderright....i left with the wrong item...please train ur staff, apologize for the mistake and fix it. Service is slow, and they often don?t make orders correctly. Even if there are 4 people working it?s still very slow to get... anything. EDIT: 4/28/19 - 17 people waiting in the store for their coffee. One guy behind counter going so slow. Made my coffeewrong with extra extra extra sugar. Undrinkable. I will NOT be back. Read more
I basically live at this dunkin. The staff is wonderful and friendly. I'm in every day on my way to work (twice a day on my days... off because I have a caffeine problem) and they remember my order everytime, no matter who it is. A+++ customer service, andthey're efficient and fast. Read more
The employees at this location are fantastic, and a great location next to the train. Only downside is that since it's smaller,... the selection is limited compared to bigger stores, but otherwise I'd recommend this spot. Read more
