Dunkin? Donuts will always have a special place in my heart, as when I first started drinking coffee, the French Vanilla was my... jam. But at this location the coffee isn?t hot enough, it?s overly sweetened, and their French Crullers are soggy. It can alsotake a while to get your order because they?re understaffed and slow. I went and had to repeat that I wanted a hot latte 4 times onlt for her to get the idea that I wanted an iced. I had asked for... the signature seasonal latte and received the regular. It was a new person and the manager clearly saw she didn't know what shewas doing and instead of telling her what to do he sat there to the corner of the store while nobody helped her get the orderright....i left with the wrong item...please train ur staff, apologize for the mistake and fix it.
