This used to be my go to spot in the morning. Some of the employees were really nice but some aren't. Since I've been using the... rewards on the Dunkin app, there's been a few times they are out of the things I order. They seem to think everything can befixed with a free donut. They were out of bottled water= free donut I got a free reward for an assortment of munchkins and wasgiven a bag full of one flavor. When I asked about the assortment, I was told all they had was one flavor and its free so Ishould just take it. Eventually I was given 2 free donuts instead and they poured out the bag of munchkins back on the shelf toresell. I don't see an option for refunds on the app. Read more
I asked for less ice so I got more coffee I have a really long day today. I got less ice then less coffee she didn't fill it up... to the top. But very nice, friendly and quick! Read more
My morning stop. I use the mobile app. And if they do not have an ingredient or whatever they let me know quickly. I have been... there enough they recognize me even with a mask on which makes me feel nice. And one morning when I got to have a half shift atwork so I wasn't there right at opening they were making sure I wasn't running late and was feeling ok which was super cute. Read more
This is a common stop for me on my way to work in the mornings and the staff are always super friendly and the coffee is always... good! If I order something through the app and they don't have it at the location they'll always offer a quick alternative. Read more
Every time I've stopped here I can't tell if the employees are talking to me or each other. Just picked up a cup of coffee... running late today and it's so hot I can't even hold it much less drink it. Hot coffee is good but too hot is bad for manyreasons. Not to mention there's no where to put sugar in it, had to use a trash can to do so. Read more

I had just walked from the other location up the street by my house and stopped here because that location had forgotten my... cream. I asked very nicely if I could have ONE ...the guy at the counter tells me thats a different location.... Pretty stingeyif you as me. Especially considering I frequent this location often.
