I just ordered Macchiato without caramel and I mentioned 3 times even when I got to the drive-through window I repeat my order... and I still got the wrong order. People are very unprofessional or they don't even listen what their customer was from them.And I don't recommend this location at to anyone! Read more

used to be my favorite; yesterday went in and it was three ladies working. I ordered two iced matcha lattes and a couple other... food items. food was great but when the matchas were ready, they came entirely powdery and not mixed. At all other locationsthat i’ve ordered this drink at, it’s never come like this. always mixed. so i said it has so many matcha chunks but ok iwill mix myself no problem. spent 5 mins mixing, still had unpleasant chunks to the point where it was undrinkable. I tried tobring it up to their attention, very calmly because i am in customer service myself so i know how it goes. all ladies proceededto ignore me and didn’t acknowledge until i had to say excuse me for the third time. one of them finally came up to me anddismissed the situation so quickly- “you gotta mix it yourself”. i had tried that to no luck. unfortunately, i couldn’tenjoy my go to matcha from this location but that wasn’t even the problem. it’s the customer service and how i was treated,and how it was handled. and the fact that i couldn’t enjoy and had to toss my drinks . it’s upsetting when you pay $20+ andyou can’t even drink what your order. I was at Dunkin’ Donuts and I wanted the new cosmic cotton candy coolatta so I asked the cashier for it and she kept asking... what flavor I wanted, I kept sayin “cosmic cotton candy” and she did not know what I was talking about, I told her it was adifferent flavor so I had to point to the picture of it and she asked what 2 flavors it was, later when I got my drink it lookednothing like the picture and there was no pink in it just terrible Read more
