I always run for quick bite and coffee thru drive way. Everytime single visit, they are rude as if I?m getting free food. They... don?t greet you nor they don?t thank you. Yesterday morning here a young female employee with neon dyed hair proved herself to be completely incompetent in both basic... customer service and simple arithmetic. I'm out about four dollars because I'll not return to this convenient location today fora refund as I was told I must because there was no manager or owner on duty to provide one. In future I will instead visit theClark and Lunt outlet for proper service and appropriate employee attitudes. This location is horrible I just ordered in store from this location I went there for the buy a drink and get a donut free but... they charged me for the donut and when I went to get my drink I see the label on my drink it only has iced latte and almond milkbut I ordered a iced hazelnut latte which I told the barista who made my drink and another one who overheard it and said they?llredo the drink I waited over 10 mins and they didn?t redo my drink they went to helping other people and they both knew and sawme waiting by the counter and then the barista who overheard the conversation saw me and asked again if I?m waiting forsomething I told her again that I asked for a iced hazelnut latte not a plain iced latte she took the plain iced latte and Ithought she was going to redo the drink since the iced melted NO she just put the shots of hazelnut on the melted drink and gaveit back to me I waited over 10 mins only for them to give me back what is now a diluted drink mixed with melted ice water. Thislocation has over 7 people who apparently have a hard time making a drink that you ordered when I have went to other locationswith only 1-2 baristas working which I would think would be more stressful but no they?re the ones who know how get to yourorders right. Very bad lady, elderly but nasty. Ordered medium hot coffee, it was cold or barely warm. She started dramas after I draw her... attention. She made ridiculous excuses like, she don't control the temperature. She even said she didn't know how much hot Iwanted. She went on to say that Ac( air condition) may the coffee cold. I wouldn't be upset about a cup of coffee. But she said, she has no time to waste as she has lot of other assignments she is working on. This in my opinion is not fair. I've been meaning to write this for a while now. Some of the girls in the drive thru are extremely rude. I and my husband went... there and the girl had to audacity to make unnecessary comments and then "come on, bro" after asking what was available or not nthe menu. I went inside to ask who was in the drive thru and then confronted her about her behavior. She then looked at me andsaid "are you done?". I left this place so fast.
