I noticed my order had not moved off of ?prep? on the tracker for about 20 minutes. I called the store to check in if maybe the... tracker wasn?t working. Crystal let me know that they were waiting to put my order in the oven until they knew a driver was ontheir way back so we would get the delivery as fresh as possible! I can respect that. I recently purchased Domino?s Pizza on North Avenue in Division and when I went to pick it up my order was wrong for the third... time The second time this elderly man Name Dave he was even very rude to me and he?s the one who dropped my pizza.,don?t knowwhat?s going on but this is definitely really sad! And the workers behind the counter didn?t seem like they wanted to help me orresolve anything I felt disrespected and definitely embarrassed. Never again ! Read more
This location is a joke. Every time I go there I always walk in on an inappropriate conversation that the staff is having. The... last time I was there the girl name Sandra that I now know is the Manager was making a pizza and sneezed into her hand thencontinued to make the pizza. I asked if she was going to wash her hands and she looked at me and said ?oh I didn?t sneeze?. ButI was like I literally just saw you. I proceeded to ask if that was my pizza and if so could it be remade after she wash herhands. She told me she doesn?t have product to waste on remaking pizzas. So I said never mind I don?t want the pizza can I justhave a refund. She told me the machine was down even though I just paid with my card about 7 minutes prior. This is our go-to pizza place near us. They occasionally miss an ingredient on our pizza orders, but the people working there... are really nice and helped us fix our online order when we entered coupon wrong, which earned an extra star for me. Read more
WORST SERVICE EVER!!!! Order 2 orders with door dash 20min before our pizza order and they both arrived over an hour and a half... earlier than Domino pizza delivery. I also called twice to speak to manager as per system online saying it was Jordan and thenJordan was not even working and spoke to manager James who said 30min and we waited another hour. We use dominos all the time inCanada and get great service. But this was appalling and disgraceful. Waste of time and cold food!!! Read more
I've ordered online for carryout twice from this location. The order is on time and the staff are polite. The pizza tastes like... Dominos pizza I am used too. The pizza in the photo is a large bacon, provolone, and cheddar pizza. Read more
I've had my Food stolen, I've had my food missing items, I've had to go and pick up my order, I've even recently been denied my... delivery order and not compensated for my order. I've recently had more order refunded to me and no arrangements oraccommodations made for me as a frequent customer. I'm so disappointed and I'm filing an official complaint.
