Delivery was cold and rock hard after being delivered nearly 45 minutes after saying it was delivered. Chose no contact delivery... and the driver stood outside my house yelling until the door was opened. Extremely rude,unprofessional, and disappointing. Bebetter, dominos. Read more
As soon as I placed the order, I got a call that didn't register, I picked up and it was someone from Domino's saying that my... order was going to take an hour, to an hour and a half. They did not mention this information when placing the order online,otherwise I could have order from a different place. I signed up for live text updates about my order. After an hour, I got amessage from them saying that my order was out for delivery (the Domino's store is 5 minutes away; 10 max). Then 40 minuteslater, I got a text saying that the driver was pulling up (keep in mind when I signed up for text alerts, the estimation givenwas to send a message 2 minutes before delivery is made). I got a call an hour later after I received the text message. Not onlythat, but I thought they were supposed to call so I could wait outside to get the delivery. The driver just left the packages onthe floor! Rats are a major problem in the city, in every neighborhood, and they just think it's a good idea to leave food therewithout calling?! It took longer than 2 hours from the time I placed my order to deliver, food was cold, and not sure if myfamily could eat, since we didn't know if it was sanitary. Read more
What can I say, you get what you pay for. We ordered 8 large pizzas to be ready by 7:45pm for a surprise. We double checked... again around 5pm to make sure and the staff told me it?ll be ready for 7:45. We arrived at 7:46pm at the store and the tellertold me that they just started our order. This was not okay. His response was ?would you like us to cancel your order?. Needlessto say we waited for 30 mins for our pizzas. I'm not a big pizza chain fan, I always try to support the local pizzerias because they usually always make better pizza with... fresher ingredients. That being said, I order from here once in a while since it's the only pizza close enough to walk forcarryout. It's always really good for Domino's (compared to other locations in past), and never had an issue with how long theytake. Read more
Can Confirm. Out of 5+ orders the pizza takes about 1.5 hours minimum. and the dipping sauce is often forgotten. quality of... the pizza is good 75% of the time, but that's not taking into account that it'll most likely be lukewarm at best. 2 out of 5because I've technically always gotten pizza eventually, and the employees have been polite. Never order dominos from this store. It took them well over an hour to deliver our pizza, and the bread twists had no seasoning... on them. Dominos also no longer cares how long it takes to get to your apartment, so the pizza was not fresh and it didn'tarrive until 1.5 hours later. I'm completely over dominos at this point. Any other pizza place would've just given a refund orsome kind of incentive to come back at all and called it a day. Tbh just don't order dominos at all. idk what I was thinkingwhen Giordanos or Lou Malnatis could've been considered. I thought I'd give dominos the old nostalgia try but it 10000% was notit. Read more
