UPDATE: I was told by another manager after I called that I?d be refunded. Never happened (on an almost $100 order). Ordered... again tonight against my better judgment. The one and only topping I wanted, asked for extra of, and paid for, was not in thepizza. Domino?s makes it impossible to get a real resolution absent a manager like Tricia reaching out. Pizza points? So I haveto spend more money because you refuse to refund me the money I paid for something I did not receive? Absolutely not. I haven?thad this experience before this one store so I?m inclined to say, HIRE BETTER STAFF The person preparing my order declined toread a single request (meaning toppings I paid for), sent burnt food, neglected to include sides I paid for, and when I calledto request a refund, he told me it wasn?t a big deal because it was ?just one pizza?. Well, that pizza was for a specific 7 yoand that meant she did not eat because the pizza wasn?t right. Fair prices for excellent and very fresh fish plus vegan options which makes it fun for everyone.
This has to be literally the worst dominos I?ve ever experienced also I never leave reviews NEVER but they got my order wrong... completely I tryed to call the store to have them just fix it and they kept answering the phone then immediately putting me onhold so the phone does not ring for them ive tryed about 10 times until I ultimately gave up they close at 12 but I was callingto fix my order at 11 so they had ONE WHOLE HOUR before closing and they still kept ignoring my calls now I?m stuck with a pizzaI can?t even eat Read more

Some of my favorite restaurants don't deliver, some... deliver but not always, others deliver but the food is sometimes... not what you expected. Dominos you can trust. Ordered. Got it wrong and missing item. Called. No one really answered?.other than to say too busy to help wait forever. 2... hours. Emailed complaint. No response. Never ordered before. Never will again. Offered 50% off online which didn?t cover what wedidn?t get. Dominos lies. No matter what I do I get nothing in response. Serious error in customer service.
