Yeah steer clear of this Domino's location. I tried it once and pizza was not hot but dry, and overdone. It was a cheese pizza... and just awful, like cardboard. I gave it another try, and it was the exact same thing. Other locations are better. Don't wasteyour money here. Read more
The best thin crust pizza in Chicago - yes, I'm serious. Thank you Dishon for nailing my request for a crispy well done pizza,... thank you Ezequiel for bringing the pizza to my door, and the manager I spoke with on the phone that was a normal real humanbeing. No customer service industry robot nonsense. Best experience ordering pizza and super fast delivery. I have no picturesto post because my two pizzas are happily hanging out in my tummy already. The employee Jacob who delivered the pizza was very friendly and professional, to the point I took some time to write the review... before enjoying the pizza. Represents the company well, almost commercial like. I have been a customer of the location for awhile now, the quality of the food and service have always been excellent. Read more
We ordered 8 pizzas for lunch, spent about 20 minutes putting the order together on their website, specified for delivery and... entered address before we started the process, ordered, paid, they charged my credit card, and then cancelled the order aftereverything was done because they didn't have any drivers. Now it will take 3 days for the money to return to my card (it wasabout $200). Incredible waste of time and money, they should have stopped us from ordering as soon as we entered our addressand noted delivery. Terrible service. Read more
First, let me start by saying I love Domino?s. My family knows I love it so much they always give me Domino?s gift cards for my... birthday and Christmas. However, this Domino?s location is the worst I?ve ever had. I last ordered at this location 4 yearsago. It took over 2 hours for the pizza to arrive back then and I said I would never order from this location again. I decidedto give them a 2nd chance 4 years later, thinking things would?ve changed for the better. Still terrible. The amount ofingredients they use is so little. I ordered extra sauce. Definitely not extra sauce. The amount of sauce was so little, itwas less than normal sauce. There was also very little cheese on the pizza and barely any garlic seasoning on the crust. Thewhole reason I order hand tossed pizza from Domino?s is for the garlic-seasoned crust that I love. The pizza was also not cutall the way through, so we had to rip apart the slices, which was a challenge. I was really looking forward to this pizza, butI was left incredibly disappointed. Read more
I?ve had 3 bad experiences back to back ordering from this Dominos online. I decided to call this time and order over the phone... to perhaps get my order correct, but they never picked up. I?ve just resolved to stop ordering from Dominos until I move to adifferent store?s service area. What were my experiences? Let me tell you. Every other Dominos when I order light cheese, I getlight cheese. This Dominos apparently decides the customer incorrectly chose ?light cheese? and gives me extra cheese instead.Every. Time. There is in fact SO much cheese on my pizza that the structural integrity of the pizza is gone. I can?t even pull aslice out of the thing. It?s also not really possible to pull off just the extra cheese, so I end up not eating the pizza. Thefirst time Dominos ?made it right? by giving me a free pizza, but if the problem is in the execution, these points aremeaningless. Again, the photos attached were both ordered light cheese and well done. I know this isn?t what that looks likefrom every other order I?ve done with Dominos. This is literally how I received my pizza. This was also the replacement pizza after the last order took two hours to arrive... they gave me a credit to make up for the poor service. It looked as if was thrown on the ground kicked and given to me? Nowthey issued me another third credit which I won?t be bothering to order with. Dominos corporate should look into this locationas there are many issues with it, it?s hard to believe it?s still in business. With so many local pizza places in Chicagodominoes certainly isn?t special - it?s the familiarity, consistency, delivery times, and ease of ordering that makes dominoeseven worth considering when you live in a pizza city like Chicago. The manager acted like it was no big deal ?we just refund itor replace it? but now I have to spend more money out of my pocket to get another pizza because they don?t replace it anequivalent pizza of what you originally ordered just a standard two topping medium pizza as a concession? basically even if youordered a specialty pizza with additional toppings they will still charge you for additional toppings, delivery fees, servicefees to get the replacement pizza? basically there is no real free pizza for the poor dominoes experience. Placed an order for pick and when I got home (40 mins drive) I noticed that the stuffed cheesy garlic bread had no cheese inside... of it. It was just bread. I called to see if I can bring this back the next day to get it made correctly. The manager on thephone put me on hold to confirm with the person who made it (it was her, there was only two people working. a male and female)then the line got disconnected. I called back then tried again 10 mins later again 20 mins later and still no answer. I calledfrom my second line and it got disconnected as well. I expressed my concerns via customer service but they were no help. Hatethat I had to throw money away because my son could not enjoy it because it was basically toasted hard garlic bread.
