Worst Dominos in Chicago!! Do not try to order online or on the phone bc they close both early and will not answer phones. This... location doesn't understand customer service and will over charge you for your food . The hours are not normal Domino's hoursso I usually have to order carry-out from the location which is farther away. Kind of inconvenient because the coupons we useare for carry-out orders only. Save yourself the headache and bypass this Dominos for the one up the street. Worst customerservice I have ever received. Read more
Even though this store closes pick up and walk in early they do still deliver till midnight. My experience with the employees... has been positive they're quick for delivery and actually deliver what you order unlike some other Domino's. Read more
I specifically asked over the phone for contactless delivery. Phillip the delivery guy ignored my instructions and opened my... front door without asking. I am sick and the dog is reactive and that man entered my home after ignoring my request. I havenever ever experienced a delivery experience this unacceptable. Read more
This Dominos location on North Clark is THE WORST. They always mess up the order or forget items. Last time I ordered they took... over an hour (I live 5 minutes away) and forgot half of my order. I contacted customer service who after several tries was ableto get me on the phone with someone at the location to give me a credit. The great thing about this is THEY NEVER ANSWER THEPHONE. *DO NOT GO HERE I REPEAT DOT NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION* So I know it's been a while Dominos, but I'm sorry, this just... doesn't sit right with me. You were my favorite, but everytime we meet on Peterson and Clark, you seem different ( likedifferent in a BAD WAY). And I'll be the first to admit, I love your Phillycheese steak pizza, you know that!!! But the lasttime I ordered a beef and jalapeño pizza you sent me a PEPPERONI AND JALAPEÑO PIZZA!!! Typically dominos. Most of the time delivery is good. Sometimes it is slopped around but it happens. Taste like normal dominos.... Always delivered pretty quickly. Have never been to location only get delivery. They always put a lot of cheese and toppings. Read more
I?ve legitimately almost been killed by your delivery drivers several times. They?re always parked in the bike lane, causing me... to have to swerve into the road. Bike lanes are for bikes. You?re endangering the public on a daily basis. They also nearlycause several car accidents. If they?re not in the bike lane, they?re in the right lane with their hazards on, and everyone hasto swerve around them. Tonight one of them did an extremely reckless U-turn into the bike lane and almost hit my car.
