Terrible customer service from the male manager. Constantly asked what we were looking for, sarcastically I may add as if to ask... if we were going to buy anything or not basically. Watched us as we walked around around the whole store (which is very tinybtw). Prices were over priced. I was actually considering buying something until he rudely Asked again if i was gonna buyanything. His wife was as shocked at his behaviour as me we were. Overall didn?t feel welcome and the owner came off veryabrasive. I?d recommend going elsewhere. Read more

Love this store! Family owned. Great wine selection with tastings most Friday and Saturday. Chris and his wife Vula are great,... knowledgeable, and charming characters that make this a great shopping experience. I feel like I stop into this Gem in thecommunity almost everyday. Read more

The service was fantastic, and the descriptions of each wine were outstanding. The wine I bought from this establishment was... wonderful. The apple cider combination was delicious. This wine shop is one of my favorites since it has a great range of wines.It was a really peaceful and private setting. I will most certainly return to this company!! Read more
I went in last weekend for the Bombay sandwich, which has been my favorite in the city for 8 years. When I walked in, the owner... startled me by standing right inside the door and asking ?can I help you??? like I had just walked into his personal residenceuninvited. I looked around and asked if they still served sandwiches, since it looked different since I was last in there, andhe told me no (with a tone like they had NEVER sold sandwiches), and I was in the wrong store. Maybe they?ve gone in adifferent direction, or are under new management, but it was a bizarre experience. A review from 2 months ago talks aboutsandwiches so it?s clearly a recent change...just telling me that would have been fine and normal. Oh well, time to find a newfavorite curry chicken sandwich! I had the best experience at the store. I believe it's family owned, and they were very helpful assisting me. I ended up buying... a pinot noir. I missed the wine tasting (Greek Wine), hopefully I'll be able to join next time. Read more
