I ordered a smoothie and an empanada. My empanada was cold and stale. Took 18 minutes to make a smoothie They got the order... before mine wrong, and that person also had to wait 18 minutes with me since there was no one at the counter. Quite literally the WORST place you can order from in the entire city of chicago. They NEVER read the order and put in whatever... i gredients they want even if none of them are what was ordered. They also consistently leave items out of the bag and neverinclude utensils even though it?s always selected to include. They arent even reachable via phone to speak with anyone it goesto a voicemail that ?hasnt been setup yet? not sure what kind of ?business? they are trying to run I?d instead recomend you runaway from this place and fast. Dope spot! Been open for about two months or so, great location! Plenty of delicious options. Love the plant based foundation of... the shop! I love my homemade empanadas but this place is really awesome. Made fresh and colorful. Seating inside. We got it togo. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is the fact it was a little expensive. $4.55 for one empanada. Read more

As you can see the menu/online photos of a hearty and filled bowl are the farthest from the truth. I placed an online order and... still had to wait 20 minutes when I arrived. 10:00 am (breakfast) is pretty late for the attendant to be unprepared andunorganized. The veggie empanada tasted re-heated and stale. I definitely won?t be returning with these prices anddisappointment in food quality, service, and experience. Read more

Ordered delivery. The products got in good shape. Acai bowl was really good (hard to finish because it was so cold) and the... yello smoothie was wonderful. Better soothed for warmer weather, but in general it was tasty. Will probably share the bowl withmy wifeinstead of buying two. Read more
