Hoping they're just short staffed but ordered from here for a work event and they forgot one persons order, didn't label any of... the drinks, half the sandwiches got shaken up so bad I thought they were salads. Drinks were flat, I'm not sure if they gave usthe wrong dressings for salads or if they were just spoiled but all around this was honestly a struggle. Terrible service and attitude. It was nearly empty and I stood in line for over 10 mins (as they watched others leave because of... the wait) only to find out the system was down and they could only take cash. At least put a sign so customers can know ahead oftime. Complete waste of time, I always have problems at this location. Read more
Poor Service and Poor Attitude of one employee. Place was empty and I was just left standing at the counter ignored... unnecessarily. Kindly, asked for a bagel and cream cheese and got nothing but attitude in return. Will not be back. Howdifficult can a bagel and cream cheese be to make? Geez! Read more

This location used to be fantastic and has gone downhill in recent months. I order online usually, from a block away, walk over... starting at the time the order should be ready, taking me 8 or so minutes to get there and my one sandwich is still not readyfor another 7-8 minutes. We're at 15 minutes past the order ready time. It could be a slow time in the restaurant and my food isnever ready. Maybe it takes a while for my online order to reach the store. On top of that, the last 3 times, my order waswrong, missing the side, incorrect side, and kissing the extra ingredient I paid for. Advice, don't pre order online from thislocation. Read more
Very nice staff and clean restaurant. If you have to wait for the train, this is the best place to wait. Clean, comfortable... and access to the bathroom. Read more
