I love the pizza and food here and have always had a great experience whether I'm ordering online thru the Slice App, thru the... phone with staff, or picking up in person. It's been a tough last few years for the hospitality and food industry and Iappreciate that Cochiarios has worked to keep their prices reasonable. U know I been coming to this place for about 8 years since I moved into hermosa never have I ever had any issues pizza was... allways on point and ribs and cheese fries but today I ordered and my crust taste like LYSOL SPRAY yes I said it like cleaningsupplies and a strong taste of chemical the girl on the phone forgot to put me on hold and I heard her coverstation with thepizza maker very disrespectful said I was broke and Probley lieing oh well guest they just lost a block of customers for thisone better luck next time Read more

We have been coming here for years and today when I called for the first time ever to complain about a burnt pizza the little... girl on the phone handled the situation very immaturely and even laughed towards the end of the call when I was getting upsetabout the customer support. They have always had the worst customer service in the front, literally hate having to order fromthe girls there. Read more

We ordered pizza online early yesterday cause it Sunday football day, we expect they?ll have a lot of orders. Came to pick up... our pizza on time at 8:30pm and we had to wait more than 10 minutes. New staff needs more training on customer experience stillhave to ask for parmesan and red pepper flakes which should be included on togo packet. I noticed with first bite the crust wasvery dry and feels like an old made crust..Toppings not sure but I think the mushrooms are from canned not fresh.. Uneven cutsof pizza too..
