Was a regular customer! Ordered a pizza and they forget to put it in. When I come in to pick it up, they tell me a few more... minutes. Twenty minutes later, my pizza comes out of the oven. Very deceptive! When I get home, I find the middle of my pizzaalmost raw! Talked to owner who was rude and somehow tried to make me the bad guy in this! How this guy stays in business isbeyond me. I?ve ordered from here multiple times and the pizza has always been delicious. However, last night I placed an order and the... pizza got here pretty quickly. When I opened it, I could immediately tell it was undercooked. The cheese was barely melted andthe sausage tasted weird. I?m so disappointed because I was really into this place. I had to put the pizza slices into the airfryer to finish cooking. For $30, I would?ve just bought a cheaper frozen pizza and put it in the oven. Read more
Got the order wrong the first time. I had to go back and was offered nothing for the mistake. Get home and my husband burger is... raw inside. When called the lady said they weren't sure how he wanted his burger, funny how fast she came up with that must'vehappened a few times. My kids could've ate this thank God it was my husbands. That place has no knowledge on food safety. Theyalso said they'll make another one just bring this one back. They are ridiculous don't own up to their mistake and have horrible customer service.
