As a Chicagoan, this was the best pizza I have ever had. The ingredients are so fresh that you can literally taste the fresh... spices, the mozzarella, the sauce with every bite. My partner and I had it for the first time when it started getting colder andit was just the best feeling: being near a warm oven, the smell of pizza being made in the background, and the taste of warmdeliciousness. 10/10 recommend the Stracciatella & Sausage Pizza - just perfection. Coal fire has everything you?d ever want in a pizzeria.Incredible pizza (obviously) made with top notch ingredients, quality service, and a family vibe. I have a list of 5 pizza restaurants I normally choose to bring friends, family or even dates if they've never visited before.... Just plain fantastic.
