The wait in the drive -thru was a little long BUT the food is cooked. It's hot. And, it tastes good. Perhaps they can do more to... discourage the panhandling right on the business' premises. The staff is congenial. I appreciate that. Read more

The worst experience. I placed this order online and they completely messed up my order I ordered two family meals neither of... them had my biscuits that comes in the meals. Also I ordered spicy chicken and what I got was plain chicken. Not spicy, notseasoned, plain nasty, unseasoned Chicken. The chicken was rubbery. No side sauces for my tenders. No hot sauce as requested. Nonapkins as requested. The fried okra was so so nasty. I couldn't even chew one. The mashed potatoes,macaroni and cheese andJalapeno bites were the only thing enjoyable. What a shame. I spent alot of money to have had service like this. Get ittogether. Train your employees to make sure orders are complete before leaving the store. And also would be nice if you updatedyour phone number on google. No way to even call the store. It's a real shame. I love churches chicken. It has always been oneof my favorite places to eat. Been going to this location since the 80's. Now I noticed the original taste has changed. Willing to try once more to see if... just a bad batch. Otherwise, sticking to Popeyes. KFC did a recipe change and I dont see many of their locations in Chicagoanymore. Read more
