Great customer service and EVEN BETTER CHICKEN! Unfortunately the Churches Chicken near our home (South Shore) has recently been... remodeled but the food quality is TERRIBLE! It was so nice to get freshly fried chicken in good quality oil from this location!The employees were nice and efficient. If we pass by again we'll definitely stop and eat! Read more
I don't usually do reviews, but I need to let it out. I noticed the quality has tremendously dipped recently. There used to be... an old lady who used to be the manager and would train the employees proper levels of cooking. Now that she's gone, it's aregular to regular training. Chicken becomes undercooked, chicken sandwich becomes too salty or with too much mayonaise. Ihaven't had a proper meal in a while and still feel disgusted from the last meal. Can't blame the employees themselves, it's themanager and possibly where the chicken is coming from. At the same time though, giving me any piece of chicken without makingsure it's cooked right, I can blame the employees for that since that means they don't care. Read more
